At NeoCute!, we are dedicated to ensuring your nail essentials arrive promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for important information on how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States only, directly from our location in Georgia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or local pickup.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days or 6-14 business days during high-volume periods or production delays. This excludes major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, July 4th, Juneteenth, New Years, Valentines Day, Halloween, etc.). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively through USPS and offer several delivery options based on your preference and location. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows, please allow flexibility:

  • Priority Mail Express: 1–3 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

  • First-Class Mail: 1–5 business days

  • Parcel Select Ground: 2–8 business days (may take longer for remote locations such as Alaska and Hawaii)

Please note that we do not ship on weekends, and delivery timelines may vary during high-volume periods or due to carrier delays.


Expedited Shipping

We do offer expedited shipping options via USPS. You can select your preferred shipping speed during checkout.


Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $200 or more (before taxes and after discounts).


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages after they leave our possession.

The customer is responsible for using their correct address.

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first contacting USPS directly to file a claim.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to assist, and may request additional details or photo documentation to verify the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a discount to resolve the situation. However, this depends on the specific circumstance and dollar amount that was lost.


PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, provided they are supported by USPS.
