We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used under ANY circumstance. This policy helps us ensure the safety and cleanliness of all products for every customer.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged or defective (photo evidence and details required).

We do not offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for using information available for free on the Help & FAQ page.
- Dissatisfaction with the style, color, or charms of the false nails that is not attributable to lack of craftsmanship; but personal taste.
- Mystery Nail Sets, Custom Made Nail Sets, Inspiration Nail Sets, & Exclusive Freestyle Nail Sets, Full Sets.
Damage Not Attributable to Us
If a product arrives damaged but the damage is determined not to be the result of our packaging, manufacturing, or handling (e.g. damage caused during customer handling or external shipping mishandling), we are unable to offer a full refund or replacement. However, we will absolutely issue a discount code or gift card for a future purchase depending on the severity of the damage to the product.
Each situation is assessed individually, and we may request clear photos and additional information to determine the cause of the damage.
If you qualify, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase and clear photos may be required to support your claim.
Non-Refundable Items
Higher-value or custom-designed sets are considered final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Mystery Sets and Full Sets are also non-refundable.
Replacements vs. Refunds
In most cases, we will offer a replacement before a refund. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in exceptional cases.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized (e.g., for unopened product or shipping errors), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our end.
